When I think of tailgating, the smoke and smells of the bbq, the noise of all the people coming and going come to mind. These are just a few of things that make tailgating fun and exciting. But what really makes a tailgate party is the food. I love to make sausage with peppers and onions on the bbq. Nothing satisfies your taste buds the most than sinking your teeth into a juicy sausage with peppers and onions. It sounds a little boring but you can't beat the taste. So what is your favorite tailgate food? I would love to hear what you prepare on game day and maybe you can give someone else a great idea for what to have at their next tailgate.

My wife makes a wicked good breakfast casserole that we always start the day with.
No matter what we grill later in the day....gotta have some salsa and chips to munch on while I grill :)
